Dr. Imane Kendili is a trailblazing psychiatrist and addiction specialist whose influence spans medicine, public health, and global diplomacy. Trained in Casablanca and certified at Harvard Medical School in behavioral addictions, she has built a career at the crossroads of clinical excellence, strategic leadership, and international advocacy.

Since 2022, as President of African Global Health (AGH), Dr. Kendili has championed African health sovereignty, convening landmark gatherings such as the African Conference on Health Harm Reduction and the South–South Conference on Water and Food Security.

Her impact has earned her the Initiative of the Year Award (Zambia–London, 2024), a major cultural honor from the Arab Union for Culture, and a place among the 100 Most Influential Africans. As patron of Mots et Maux de Femmes, she champions the fight against gender-based violence with the same conviction she brings to public health.
In 2025, she was appointed to TEN (The Expert Network) of the Diplomatic Courier, as part of its visionary World in 2050 initiative—joining global leaders shaping the future of governance, climate resilience, and digital sovereignty. That same month, she delivered a keynote address at the World Economic Forum in Davos, and co-moderated a high-level roundtable with the House of Kosovo and BCIU, affirming: “Africa is not the future of global health — it is its present.”

Her international presence expanded in June 2025 with major speaking roles at the Francophone Forum on Nicotine (Paris) and the Africa CDC Regional Forum (Tunisia). In July, she was named among the 100 Most Notable Women in Africa.
