Online registration is open.
A unique fee applies throughout the registration period and the event.
The 9th Summit is a fully virtual event.
During the event, remote participation will be available via the Summit’s virtual platform. Use the email you registered with and password to enter the virtual rooms.
Participants have access to the virtual room and can submit questions to speakers / panelists through the chat button.
The conference official language is English.
The programme of the Summit will include keynote lectures, plenary and panel discussions, as well as poster presentations. The Scientific Committee will decide on the final presentation, following evaluation.
Approved abstracts will be presented as Poster presentations (5 min), in form of prerecorded videos following communication with the Secretariat. Presenters will participate offline. The possibility for submitting questions to authors that will be answered online will be available.
All abstracts must be submitted online by August 25th, 2026.
Abstracts submitted past that date will not be accepted nor abstracts submitted by e-mail.
