A verification procedure will be in place. The organisers reserve the right to decline participation. 

*Students can register free of charge provided that they upload a formal letter certifying their student identity from their academic institution upon registration.

**Members of the Press can register for free provided that they send a Press ID (or other means of certification) to the Summit Secretariat via email.

CANCELLATION POLICY

Please note that for your registration to be valid, you must complete the payment of the relevant fee. The registration fee is not refundable.

REMOTE PARTICIPATION

Follow the steps that you will receive upon completion of your registration to access the platform to remotely attend the Summit.

For any technical support that you may need when connecting to the broadcasting platform or for any further clarification, do not hesitate to contact the Summit Secretariat.
